We could hear the pileated woodpecker that made these holes, but we never saw him.

Ellie did pretty well and walked almost the whole way. She only got tired about a quarter mile from the end, which thankfully was fairly flat. Maybe next time she'll make it the whole way. She just needs better pants, since she kept having to hold hers up to keep them from falling down.
