A quick story about our little girl before I get to Christmas. It's sort of related, so bear with me.
The Monday before we left for Michigan for Christmas, we went to my company's holiday party. Our neighbor from across the street came over to babysit, and she brought a toy that Ellie liked when she was over there last, a toy washer/dryer. Ellie loves picking things up and putting them inside the doors. Fast forward to the following Wednesday. We had just gotten home after the long drive and were starting to unpack, when suddenly we see Ellie running around with the mustard bottle. I should explain that she loves poking her head in the refrigerator whenever we open it and stealing the mustard out of there. In fact, she is a total kleptomaniac. She loves to steal stuff off of shelves, drawers, whatever, then turning around and running away with it with her hands in the air. She'll be really good at Capture the Flag when she gets older. Anyway, we hadn't opened the fridge at the time that she was running around with the mustard. The best we can figure is that she stole it before we left for Christmas and stashed it in the washer/dryer the whole time we were gone. Bye bye mustard. Yuck! The ensuing weekend has found various Christmas ornaments, cell phones, books, etc all stored in the washer/dryer. Our little klepto.
Anyway, the Christmas 2004 pictures are now available in the gallery. Enjoy!
